Coaching for Liberation + Embodiment

Using our innate body wisdom, mind-body practice tools, collaboration, spiritual connection, healthy ancestry + levity to support you in:
-
deepening trust and connection to your inner wisdom through mind-body exercises
-
determining and anchoring to what you value most and orienting from this anchor.
-
recognizing the gifts, well-being, aptitude, assets and capacity you already possess, and giving these momentum in your day-to-day.
-
releasing perfectionism + binary thinking, allowing good enough + gray spaces + both/and
-
orienting from a place of compassion, curiosity and courage towards self + others
-
envisioning the future and moving towards it in embodied way
-
recognizing + engaging internal and external support
-
noticing limiting narratives + supporting strategies to release limitations + expand your view
-
noticing where pervasive systems of oppression might limit you/us in mind-body-spirit, and supporting you in establishing boundaries, creating your own guidebook, establishing sustained support in playing by that guidebook
-
recognizing ourselves as part of the greater whole + our roles and contributions to the well-being of our communities.

My approach is organized around the following principles:
-
we are all already whole and deepening into that wholeness
-
each of us possess gifts, aptitude, wisdom, access to inner wisdom/Source/spiritual guidance
-
we need not go it alone, nor are we wired for such
-
all parts of ourselves are welcomed in the space - our core, critic, shame, ego, spirit, soul + more
-
you know yourself best, and I am your companion/support staff
-
self compassion + care can lead us to greater expanses and expression
-
we all deserve safety, unconditional love + respect
-
while we may not get to choose many of the folks and situations in our lives, but often do have some choice in where we center our minds + attention*, and what we want to glean from life situations. (*This looks different for different people, depending on how one's unique mind works.)
